All my work is now on high-end digital cameras, but I still keep my 4x5, and 360-degree panoramic film cameras for occasional use I like to experiment with different ways of producing special effects in camera, with computer manipulation in Photoshop as a backup. I use tungsten lights and electronic flash (strobe) in the studio and on location, sometimes combining them both.
